You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is in its original condition as received.


How to Exchange or Return

Exchange & Return Terms

  1. We cover full shipping costs if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or delivered in the wrong size or color. We commit to replacing or refunding it.

  2. If the exchange or return is for any other reason, the customer bears the full shipping costs.

  3. If an issue appears after using the product, please contact us immediately and provide a detailed written explanation along with clear photos.

  4. If a product requires quality inspection, it will be collected and checked by our quality control team. The customer will be informed within 48 hours of the product’s arrival at our company regarding the appropriate action.

  5. Replacement orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

  6. Exchange and return requests are processed within 48 business hours.
